I heard this artist as part of the Slow Dance Records sampler from early this year. Her song Silkworm (above and below) stood out as an instant favourite. The skittery drums are what sealed the deal. It’s a killer sound:

I’ve been holding this post hoping she will announce an EP or something, but her music is too good not to share. A few weeks ago we got another single titled a fantastic day (ahead of us). It’s got a similar vibe – soft melodic vocal with a complicated electronic backup:
