Thanks to blog fave Melt Motif, I’ll never sleep again. They recently released a couple new tracks from an upcoming film called Pilgrim, about which there is almost nothing available online. They told me that more will be revealed on April 26, so set a reminder.

What we can learn though is that it’s a film by someone named Erik Ferguson.

Who’s that? Get ready.

Erik Ferguson is a vfx artist, filmmaker, and fully a connoisseur of nightmare fuel. Seriously, watch this:

It’s like a pocket-sized version of that movie Splice. It’s like a look inside David Cronenberg’s daydreams.

He’s collaborated with some household names, even if his isn’t (yet?) – his website shows work with Gorillaz, St. Vincent, Mercedes AMG, and a ton more.
