Webcurios appreciation post

I follow Webcurios’ RSS feed, and once a week(ish) he publishes a massive, intimidating blog post and link dump. It’s almost always worth the time to read — and it’s almost always very long. It’s absolutely one-of-a-kind.

Today’s sent me down a whole bunch of rabbit holes, and was without any context, due to some stuff beyond his control. Which made the experience much weirder than usual. I started this post thinking I’d share a few highlights, but I’ve gone down a bunch of rabbit holes, so expect a few posts inspired by the links in today’s edition.

It’s the best possible argument to sign up for an RSS reader. I’ve used Feedly for years and swear by it (it’s free).
